4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers:

5. Health Fund Rebates
Health fund rebates are available only for eligible Remedial Massage treatments.
Rebate eligibility and benefit amounts are determined solely by your individual health fund.
Natural Thai Massage & Skincare cannot guarantee rebate approval or payment.

Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of:

recent surgery;

allergies;

medical conditions; or

any other information relevant to their treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the suitability and safety of treatment.

7. Professional Conduct
Natural Thai Massage & Skincare maintains a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment if a client:

behaves aggressively or abusively;

is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol;

engages in inappropriate or sexual behaviour;

threatens the safety or wellbeing of our staff or other clients.
Where treatment is terminated due to inappropriate behaviour, applicable charges may still apply.
