Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Natural Thai Massage & Skincare, we value your time as well as the time of our therapists. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness for all clients while maintaining the highest standard of service.

1. Appointment Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a late cancellation fee, as shown during the booking process.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (No-Show) may be charged the applicable No-Show fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

2. Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment fee may still apply.

3. During Your Treatment
Your comfort and wellbeing are our priority.
If, for any reason, you wish to stop your treatment:

If the treatment is discontinued within the first 15 minutes, no treatment fee will be charged.
If the treatment is discontinued after the first 15 minutes, 50% of the treatment price will be charged to cover the therapist's reserved time.

Completed treatments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind after the service has been completed.
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review your concerns and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated by law.
